There is relevant experience from working with the private sector, authorities and development aid organizations, such as: STOCKHAUSEN (EVONIK), BASF, SIEMENS-ENERGY (Egyptian German Technical Academy), IHK project company, GIZ, GIZ-InS, CIM, UNDP, OECD, National Qualifications Authority, ADT - as well as from different perspectives, roles and positions: Trainee, Employee, Project Director Acting Dean and Entrepreneur.

Internationally studied, and well documented teacher and certified trainer with ample and relevant first-hand experiences from private and public sector - deriving from own best practice experiences through a private sector apprenticeship till setting up educational institutes, or running a Business College including international institutional and program accreditation, or taking over successfully a national in-service Technical Teacher Training Academy.Including state of the art curriculum and material development for innovative education and training approaches, also in the energy sector.
Since 2017 successfully trained and documented professional coach displaying: Principles and attitudes for an effective customer centred and result oriented industry sector overarching coaching for different groups (migrants, school leavers, unemployed, entrepreneurs, students); Specifics of solution-oriented coaching for and with the unemployed; (or in anticipation of becoming unemployed); Systematics and discussion within the coaching process; Methods for effective situation and problem assessment; Goal, solutions and resource activation and approaches; Documentation, types of questions, active listening, professional feedback. Plus ample first-hand experiences in establishing successfully companies.
Experiences as alumni (1991) and since 2018 pro-bono THRIVE Mentor for the University of Reading, (UK) following an approach to a tailor-made process of passing on knowledge, experiences and networking contacts to the next generation to empower and support each learner individually regarding their own way and during their transition into the world of work.
